El ArnoldoBy Planet Depos GuestSpiked Arnold Palmer. Great in the summer time with good food and even better company!!
Graduation SaladBy Planet Depos GuestThis is a salad that we came across at a graduation party. It got our attention because we had never experienced lettuce mixed with pasta noodles. Once we tasted, it was more interesting —with cheese, salami, onion and a sweet dressing. Since 2016, we make it at every event, including graduation parties, so we named it Graduation Salad. Not only is it delicious, it has become sentimental because my kids’ friends ask for it anytime they come back home!
Salvadoran Pico de GalloBy Planet Depos GuestPico de Gallo is a delicious and healthy salsa that is packed with fresh ingredients! This is my Salvadoran in-laws’ own version of pico. It goes great as a dipping salsa with corn tortilla chips or as a garnish for steaks, chicken, eggs, tortilla dishes or whatever you would like to spice up with some homemade Hispanic flavor! This recipe is not an exact science and the flavor may depend on your individual taste preferences. However, it will result in a delicious salsa that is sure to be a hit at your next party!
Alfredo Chicken CasseroleBy Planet Depos GuestA low carb creamy, cheesy casserole that is a crowd pleaser for all, and sure to leave you full!
Baked Chicken ParmesanBy Planet Depos GuestIn this lighter version of chicken Parmesan, I skip the pan-frying in oil and instead bake the breaded chicken breasts in the oven. I then top with tomato pasta sauce and cheese. Serve chicken over pasta noddles with additional sauce if you want a fuller dish .
Best Tri-Tip you ever did haveBy Planet Depos GuestThis is a simple Tri-tip or as some people would call brisket you can make. It does take 1 day to sit and marinade! Choose your favorite red wine....
Easy Baked NachosBy Planet Depos GuestQuick and easy nachos for those simple moments in life. Add any meat, jalapenos, beans, etc. to the nachos before placing in the oven for best results. Be sure to add any cold toppings (such as tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole, etc.) after heating. This dish is a no-brainer for entertaining guests and you'll have an enormous amount of flexibility to experiment with different ingredients.
