 1 round loaf of Tuscan bread Espelette pepper (you can buy on Amazon. It's a type of ground red pepper

Tear pieces of bread from the loaf. It's supposed to be rustic so the pieces should not be even or the same size.

Place pieces on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with espelette

Broil in oven for a few minutes until lightly crisp. Watch closely or you will burn them as I have been known to do.

Serve with cheese and/or a charcuterie board
