Ingredients
1 12 Oz. bag of high quality chocolate chips or chunks (e.g, Ghiardelli)
¼ cup Heavy cream
¼ cup Rasberry liqueur (or whatever flavor you prefer)
Small foil cups
Directions

In food processor, chop chips/chunks until fine.

In saucepan, combine cup heavy cream with liqueur. Heat to boiling.

With motor running, pour cream/liqueur mixture into processor until chocolate is melted.

Pour into small foil cups

Refrigerate for 30 mins.
