Tallauchi Cookies (Italian Cake Cookies)

Ingredients

Cookies
 1 Dozen eggs
 2 ½ cups Sugar
 1 lb Margarine
 2 tsp Vanilla extract
 10 tsp Baking powder
 9 cups Flour
Icing
 1 lb Confectioners sugar
 Icing
 1 stick Margarine or butter
 1 8 oz. cream cheese
 2 tsp Vanilla extract
 Few drops of milk

Directions

Cream butter and sugar.

Add eggs one at a time.

Stir in flour, vanilla and baking powder.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 5-7 mins until slightly golden brown on top.

Icing

Cream sugar, margarine or butter and cream cheese. Add vanilla and milk to a spreading consistency.

Ice each cookie.

You can also top with nuts, coconuts or sprinkles. Cookies are also good uniced with your morning coffee.
