1 Medium Green Cabbage Washed & Chopped
16 oz Bag Shredded Carrots
1 cup Sugar or (Evaporated Cane Juice)
1 cup Diced Red Onions
1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
4 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Dry Mustard
1 tsp Sea Salt

Place the first 3 ingredients in a large bowl.
Place the last 4 ingredients in a medium bowl and wisk away.
You can also use a blender.
Pour mixture (dressing) on top of the Cabbage, Onions, and Carrots and mix well with tongs or a spoon. You can enjoy right away or let it chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
