This recipe is a Chili Cook-off winner!
Seasoned ground beef and bacon slow cooked with chopped onions, peppers, tomatoes and flavored with a variety of special secret spices. Topped with shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream to make the perfect bowl of chili for any occasion.

 3.50 lbs Ground Beef
 1 lb Bacon
 15 oz Diced Tomato
 6 oz Tomato Paste
 1.50 White Onion
 2 Green Bell Peppers
 4 Jalapeno Peppers
 6 Garlic cloves
 3 tbsp Chili Powder
 4 tsp Cumin
 1 tsp Black Pepper
 2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
 2 tsp Dried Oregano
 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
 ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper

In a large pot, cook bacon on medium heat until done and slightly crispy. Remove bacon and set aside.

Add Ground beef to bacon grease in the same pot and brown. Dice the cooked bacon.

Add Onion, Green Bell Pepper, Jalapeno Pepper, Garlic, Diced Bacon, Diced Tomato, Tomato Paste, Chili Powder, Cumin, Black Pepper, Salt, Oregano and Cayenne. Stir Well, Cook on Medium heat for 30 minutes.

Add Beef Stock and Worcestershire sauce, allow to simmer uncovered for 1-3 hours.
