Ingredients

 3 ½ cups Flour
 3 cups Sugar
 2 tsp Soda
 1 ½ tsp Salt
 1 tsp Cinnamon
 1 tsp Nutmeg
 ½ tsp Ginger
 16 oz Can (2 cups) pumpkin
 1 cup Cooking oil
  cup Water
 4 Eggs

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Grease and flour two 9 x 5 or 8 x 4 inch loaf pans.

In large bowl, combine all ingredients.

Blend at low speed until moistened.

Beat 3 mins at medium speed.
3 Minutes

Pour into prepared pans.

Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
90 Minutes

Cool 5 mins.
5 Minutes

Remove from pans.

Cool completely.

Wrap tightly.
