Pizza Dough

 5 lbs Flour
 2 Pkgs yeast
 1 pinch Salt
 2 Eggs
 1 stick Margarine, melted
 ½ cup Oil
 Enough warm water to make a soft, sticky dough

Put flour in a large bowl.

Make a well and add yeast mixture, salt, eggs, margarine, and oil

Start with about 1 cup warm water.

Mix well.

Clean hands and pour oil on hands and knead dough. Put flour on board and knead dough some more. Clean bowl and then oil it and place dough back in bowl, cover, and let raise until double it's size (about 2 hours).

Punch it down and turn it over and let raise 1 hour. Punch down again and divide into separate balls (about 8).

Place dough on greased pizza pans, cover, and let rise (20 mins).

Grease hands with oil and spread out dough in pans Let raise and prebake for 10 mins at 450 degrees.
