 ¼ lb Pepper cheese, cubed
 ¼ lb Fontina cheese, cubed
 ¼ lb Italian green olives
 ¼ lb Black olives
 1 Green, red, AND yellow pepper
 2 Pieces garlic, pressed
 Salt and pepper
 Oregano
 ½ cup Olive oil
 3 tbsp Wine vinegar
