While it's okay if you let the meat marinade for four hours, for best results (more tender), marinade overnight.

Mix Good Season's Italian Dressing according to instructions on packet.
Place meat in a gallon size Ziplock bag and add marinade
Close bag and move meat around so it is even covered with the marinade.
Place bag flat in fridge (you may want to put it in a plate or bowl in case it leaks) and flip every couple of hours
Heat grill and cook to preferred temperature.
Remove from grill and let stand on a cutting board or platter for 10 minutes lightly covered in foil before cutting. Be sure to cut against the grain on an angle
