Key Lime Pie

 1 9 inch prepared graham cracker crust
 4 Egg yolks, lightly beaten
 1 14 Ounce can sweetened condensed milk
 ½ cup Key lime juice
 2 cups Heavy whipping cream
 ¼ cup Confectioners sugar
 1 tsp Vanilla

Add condensed milk to egg yolks and mix together. Gradually blend in lime juice.

Pour into prepared crust.

Refrigerate overnight.

Prepare topping by whipping cream and add sugar and vanilla.

When cream holds its shape, spread over top of pie. Refrigerate till serving.
