Cookies best if made in winter as humidity will cause icing to melt. Store in air tight container. You can freeze
Ingredients
Directions
Beat eggs until thick
Add milk, oil and extract; mix well.
Add sugar; mix well.
Combine flour and baking powder
Add to egg and sugar mixture gradually, stirring well after each addition. Dough will be stiff and sticky.
Flour hands and make little balls
Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes until bottom is light golden color (top of cookie will be white). Don't overcook.

Cool.
Mix confectioners sugar with extract and enough milk until consistency becomes thin enough to dip cookies but not so thin that it runs off.
Dip cookies in white icing and place on wax paper to dry.
