 1 Container mascarpone
 4 Egg yolks
 1 cup Sugar (reserve 1/4 cup to sweeten coffee)
 1 Large package bisconova (one lb)
 3 cups Italian coffee
 Cocoa
 Marsala wine

Beat egg yolks and sugar until thick.

Mix with mascarpone until smooth.

Dip bisconova in coffee on both sides and line bottom of casserole dish with bisconova.

Sprinkle marsala on bionova, then cheese, and sprinkle cocoa on top.

Repeat all layers.

Refrigerate overnight.
