 1 Pkg. Oreo cookies
 Hershey's fudge topping (16-18 oz. glass jar)
 Small bag of chocolate chips

Mash up pkg. of oreo cookies into a pan and use a little butter or margarine to form a crust.

Place in oven at 350 degrees for 4 mins.

Remove from oven and spread the ice cream on top of cookie crust.

Put in freezer for one hour to firm.

Remove.

Put Hershey's fudge in the microwave and heat for 1 min.

Place on top of ice cream and put back in freezer for one hour.

Put cool whip on top along with chocolate chips and add remaining cool whip.

Cover and put back in freezer until ready to serve
