A recipe with no specifics as to how much flour, but we used to make these every Christmas and sprinkle with LOTS of powdered sugar

 2 Idaho Potatoes (Peel and boil)
 1 Pkg yeast
 2 tsp Salt
 1 cup Warm water
 Flour

Pass potatoes through ricer

Proof yeast and add to potatoes

Add salt; add warm water and flour.

Form ball (dough should be soft)

Let dough rise before frying.
