A go-to weeknight favorite for my family. This is totally flexible chicken and rice dish

Put frozen chicken, salt, pepper, garlic powder and green dragon sauce in crock pot. Cook all day on low. (add beans and rotel tomatoes at the same time if you opt to use them). Chicken will easily shred w/ a fork. (Be sure to use chicken thighs as breasts will be too dry)
Serve over rice or in wraps or on a salad. Delicious w/ grated cheese, sour cream, corn . . . make it your own. (I've added ffrozen corn for the last half hour and that works great). Leftovers make a great base for chicken soup.
