 1 cup Flour
 2 Eggs
 ½ cup Milk
 1 cup Water
 ¼ tsp Salt
 2 tbsp Melted butter or margarine

Mix all ingredients in a blender and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Melt butter in small pan and put a ladle of batter in pan and swirl around to edges.

When edges begin to curl, flip and cook on the other side for just a few seconds.
