 1 ½ cups Cooked rice
 2 cups Milk, divided into 1 1/2 cup and 1/2 cup
  cup Sugar
 ½ tsp Salt
 1 Egg beaten
  cup Raisins
 1 tbsp Butter
 ½ tsp Vanilla

Combine rice, 1 1/2 cups milk, sugar, and salt in heavy saucepan.

Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thick and creamy, 15 to 20 minutes.

Blend remaining 1/2 cup milk and egg.

Stir into rice mixture.

Cook 2 mins longer, stirring constantly.

Add butter and vanilla.
