Ingredients
1 6 oz. pkg semi-sweet chocolate pieces
½ cup Brewed hot coffee
4 Eggs
3 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Brandy or Rum extract
Whipped cream
Directions

Place chocolate pieces in blender. Blend at medium speed 10 seconds . Scrape down sides if necessary.

Add coffee. Blend at medium speed for 5 seconds.

Add eggs, sugar, and extract.

Blend at medium speed until smooth (30-45 seconds). Pour into stemmed glasses. Refrigerate overnight. Garnish with whipped cream.
