Tips Section
For the chicken, you can grill breasts or thighs, roast the chicken in the oven or buy a rotisserie chicken. You can add a bit of olive oil to "loosen" the salad if you think it's necessary. Sliced grapes, raisins, and/or almonds are great additions as well
Ingredients
4 cups Cooked chicken, cubed
2 Stalks of celery, chopped
3 Scallions (white and green parts) thinly sliced
2 tsp Dill
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Put chicken, celery, scallions in large bowl and then add mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper and mix well

Add dill and mix again and adjust salt and pepper.
