Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
 3 cups diced chicken
 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
 2 cups milk
 1 tsp salt
 ½ lb sharp grated cheddar cheese
 1 oz pimento chopped
 ½ tbsp chopped green pepper
 1 tbsp chopped onion
 1 tsp dried rosemary

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight or 6-8 hours. Bake in 2 quart casserole at 350° until golden, approximately 1 ¼ - 1 ½ hours.

Turkey or Tofu instead of chicken
Cream of celery soup instead of mushroom soup
Add breadcrumbs to top in last ½ hour
