Italian Breaded Pork Chops

 1 cup Flour
 3 Eggs, lightly beaten
 3 tbsp Milk
 1 ½ cups Panko or Italian seasoned bread crumbs
 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
 2 tbsp Canola oil
 4 Boneless pork chops (pounded)

In a small bowl, beat together the eggs and milk.

In a separate small bowl, mix the bread crumbs, cheese, and parsley.

Gently pound pork chops

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat

Season the flour with salt and pepper and dip each pork chop into the flour, shaking off excess

Then dip pork chops into the egg mixture, then into the bread crumb mixture, coating evenly.

Place coated pork chops in the skillet, and brown about 5 minutes on each side
