- Defrost and peel shrimp and set aside
- On a skillet under medium heat, add the cooking oil, onion, and bell pepper and saute for a couple minutes
- Place Shrimp evenly on the skillet and sprinkle light amount of Adobo seasoning and light amount of salt. Turn over to cook and season sides evenly.
- Pour can of tomato sauce in the skillet and sprinkle rest of Adobo seasoning and salt, stir contents until sauce starts to thicken. Add further Adobo and salt to taste if needed.
- Pour intended amount over a bowl of cooked white rice and enjoy!
