Lamb chop with garlic, thyme and mint

 1.50 tsp Garlic
 2 tsp Thyme
 1 Mint
 1 cup Couscous
 1 1 onion
 1 cup Mushrooms

Tenderize the lamb chop, really take your stress out on it

Spice that bad boy, rub the garlic into the lamb chop on each side, then put salt pepper and your herbs on it.

Chop up that onion

Heat oil on a skillet at roughly medium heat. Throw that lamb chop onto the skillet. Cook lamb for 3.5 minutes to a side and then check it, it may need a little longer.

According to your preference, either put the onions on the skillet at the same time, or wait a minute or two.

Throw in the mushrooms when you flip the lamb. They should finish around the time the lamb does.
