Night before drain ricotta with cloth in colander.
Mix in eggs, ricotta, romano cheese, parsley well
Put sauce on bottom of pan.
Line pan with noodles; then layer of ricotta cheese; then shredded mozzarella.
Put more sauce and then another layer of noodles. Spread ricotta mixture and then shredded mozzarella and sauce.
Top with another layer of noodles and sauce.
Cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
