Tips Section
This is a super simple recipe. It's a great cake to make when you have company or for brunch. Be sure to use regular sherry NOT dry sherry.
Ingredients
1 Pkg. yellow cake mix
1 Small pkg of French vanilla instant pudding
4 Eggs
1 cup Canola or corn oil
¾ Cooking sherry (NOT dry)
1 cup Poppy seeds
Directions

Using an electric beat, beat all ingredients except the poppy seeds for two minutes

Stir in poppy seeds and then pour into greased and floured bundt pan.

Bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees
