Ingredients
2 Idaho Potatoes (Peel and boil)
1 Pkg yeast
2 tsp Salt
1 cup Warm water
Flour
Directions

Pass potatoes through ricer

Proof yeast and add to potatoes

Add salt; add warm water and flour.

Form ball (dough should be soft)

Let dough rise before frying.
