Dissolve Jello into water and cool.
Whip together cream cheese and sugar and vanilla. Pour milk into ice cube tray and chill until crystals form. Then whip until peaks form.
Add Jello mixture to whipped milk; add to cheese mixture.
Add sugar and melted margarine to graham crackers. Press all but 2 Tbs. of crumbs against bottom and sides of 13 x 9x 2 inch pan.
Spread mixture over crumbs and top with remaining crumbs.
Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
